if i ever move out of the area, i will miss meijer more than anyone can know!! :)
every week, meijer consistently has incredible deals. yeah, county market, iga, and schnucks sometimes have their good weeks.. but meijer has a good week every week!
i unfortunately didn't find really anything at any of the other stores this week
so.... my vote goes to meijer for the hands-down best grocery store in c-u and possibly in america.. haha!

I used to shop around but found for the time and gas I was spending it was cheaper to shop at Meijer. I don't think even Wal-Mart can compare.

Plus there is a coupon from an insert where you can get a free box of Wheat Thins when you purchase a box of Ritz. So for .50 you can get a box of Ritz and a box of Wheat Thins.
I totally agree! I am from Danville and I drive to Meijer for groceries. I Also shop Target since we don't have one here anymore and my husband and I eat places we don't so don't have here also so it's not like I am wasting gas for the drive. I get the New Gazette so I price compare when I don't feel like making the drive but it's such a hassle to deal with I'd rather make the drive. And I love looking at the receipt to see how much money I saved (it's usually more that the gas I spent to drive there:)
