how do i plan?

this has been my most intense "planning" week (my excel sheet has never ever been this detailed!), since money is pretty low and i had to take cash out from a credit card yesterday.

i am making strawberry shortcake and gumbo tomorrow night for my brother and his roomies, so they will give me an additional $12.. which brings my grand total to $4.97! WOO HOO!
